Just purchased the "Hot Springs Highlife Vanguard Spa". Communication from Mark and Brandon was top notch. Set up was professional and thorough. I unfortunately have iron rich well water and clarifying the water took abit of time. Mark sent Brandon out on a Saturday and in less than an hour the water was crystal clear. We so appreciate the wonderful customer service.Thanks Guys!
Awesome customer service. Brandon went above and beyond when I called needing a new hot tub cover. They had it in stock and he even double checked with the manufacturer to ensure it fit on my 12 year old hot tub. Will definitely be returning for future hot tub needs!
