Amazing service & great ADVISE . Highly recommend for all purchases and install of hot tubs . Great Customer service is hard to find , these guys were amazing. There is a lot of options out there , but if you want quality service please check these guys out !
Called for a service call and Scott managed to fit me in very quickly. Chris showed up early for the appointment and quickly fixed the problem. The service was outstanding.
Excellent service was provided on our aging hot tub! They were able to find the parts and make the necessary repairs. While other companies came to do the repair and tried to sell us a new hot tub.
What a wonderful experience. We noticed on a Friday night heading into a long weekend that our hot tub heater had died and had probably died two nights earlier. The fault had tripped the breaker in the house so we did not even get an alert that the water temperature had dropped. We were very, very stressed about this as temperatures were literally in the -30s C with -40C windchills.
