I was looking for a new service provider for my hot tub. The experience with Precision Spa was excellent from the start. First I enjoyed reading why they formed a company, which says a lot. Then Chris got back to me 1/2 hour after I left my contact information. We discussed the options available in the market for what I thought I needed based on other advice. Mike was eager to help. I would say his employee Chris for hot tub repair requires training for safety for himself and clients. Also repairs in general it was his second attempt in 2 days. Chris placed his large tool bag behind me unbeknown to me and when I backed up to show him the water line in hot tub I flipped back being partly disabled was not fun it was scary and hurt myself. I have a hot tub from another manufacturer (Edmonton based global company) and have been extremely underwhelmed with timeframes for service calls - generally three weeks. I had a heater fail on Monday night, called Precision / Spa Country Tuesday morning and the tub was repaired by 11 am on Wednesday. That is true service in a cold environment. Will be calling again next time I need a repair. Thanks Chris and Scott!!
If there was one a zero star
I had trouble with my dynasty Hot tub over the last few months, the team in spa country came out to my Acreage property, several times for troubleshooting and then made arrangements to take the tub back to the shop for repairs. Quick to respond and very honest service. Would highly recommend them for repair work.
