We recently purchased our hot tub through Spa Country in Sherwood park. Mike covers not only Edmonton but all Alberta and was exceptional to work with. With his “hands on” experience he was able to give us technical advice and answer all of our questions. From selling us our hot tub, to loading our tub onto our trailer and guiding us through installation, Mike was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable as we worked through our special spa requirements. We highly recommend Spa Country!
Mike and his team were awesome, delivered our new hottub to our property at the lake , explained everything to me and we are very pleased.
Thank you to Terissa, Chris & the 'moving' team. The repairs were handled efficiently, on time and for a reasonable cost. Very friendly as well! Wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we have any more issues with our older Dynasty hot tub.
Spa Country has the best service and staff I have come across in a very long time. Chris is honest and has great knowledge of repairs/parts/troubleshooting.
