I have to agree with a lot of the negative reviews. My husband gave me a year membership and gift certificate for our anniversary. He paid for a 60 minute massage, a facial, and a mani-pedi. I scheduled these in two separate appointments. When I went in for my massage, the masseuse tried to up-sell me to a longer, more expensive massage. I told her I wanted to use what was on the gift certificate, and she seemed fine with that, but my massage also did not last the amount of time that was paid for.
