I wish I could leave 0 stars because 1 is being far too kind. We had a 12:10 flight and needed to arrive by 11:30. We started calling at 10:45 for a 10 minute drive to the airport. They said that the cab would be there in 15 minutes tops. The cab was not so we called back multiple times. They hung up on us multiple times. The cab finally arrived at noon to pick us up. I have been using the service almost every day for almost 2 weeks when suddenly they wanted to overcharge for a ride I had before- when I refused and said no just take me back to my hotel they tried to charge me double for that! The wait time for a taxi is ridiculous, they change the prices EVERY day that's due to whomever the dispatcher is that day. Oh and they only have 2 driver's so wtbs you're not going to get anywhere anytime soon.
