I used to schedule cabs for this place an hour ahead of time all the time but all of a sudden I'm told they never do that or ever allowed it when I've done it many times, not to mention whenever you call around 3pm they often take a full hour to even get to your location to pick you up, I don't dislike this company or anything but still, especially being told they don't do scheduled times after I've done it forever is a insane concept

No air conditioning 90 degrees. Interior seats ripped with stuffing coming out. Pickup tong long time

Thieves. It costs $40 to go 1/2 a mile. Do not use this company! Oh when I got in the cab I was told $18 for the 1/2 mile trip. I was threatened with the cops when they doubled the fare. Real sleeve bags here.

Don’t waste your time. I called last night to get a taxi, I tried scheduling it for this morning at 5:15 AM. Last night the lady told me they would rather me not schedule it, Instead, they wanted me to call 15 minutes before I’m ready. This morning, I called them and they advised me to call back when I was in the hotel lobby ready to go. I called them back when I was in the hotel lobby, I have now been waiting for over 20 minutes and she still can’t provide me an ETA of when a driver is gonna be here. Can't even pick up their phone when they do operators are rude as heck do not recommend wish I could give negative Stars don't waste your time it's faster if you just walk called eight times meanwhile watching cabs drive in and out
