This was our second time here. My wife and I had a couple’s massage. The massages were absolutely wonderful. The facility is gorgeous and there are so many fantastic amenities. It is well worth it for a very relaxing experience. We will be back!
I recently visited the Spa Chateau and had a great experience there. Would highly recommend. My services included the Radiance and Recovery facial which included not only an amazing facial but an amazing upper body/arm and hand massage. Sarah did a fantastic job. Service team and restaurant were excellent, but the property needs attention. Common areas were only somewhat clean, our room wasn’t clean at check‑in, and the hot tub didn’t work. Maintenance is needed inside, outside, and in the rooms. Also not a fan of paying extra for parking on top of the room cost. When booking, I was okay with paying due to all the amenities.
Amazing experience. We are locals and it's my birthday. From the front desk to the leadership to the massage and amenities truly a gem in the Ozarks.
