Wonderful massage. Otherwise, an unimpressive experience. The whirlpool wasn’t working, my charcuterie board and pre-mixed cocktails took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. I arrived to an empty front desk, and waited for someone else to be checked out for their person to help me check in at the lockers. I was told not to use the lockers that might lock your stuff in, which had black markings on them. In addition, I noticed flaking paint in the women’s relaxation area. My masseuse was wonderful. Amazing day
Great staff. Amazing facility. Enjoyed over the Holidays and did the full day of services. We actually came here for the Spa and stayed 4 nights. Everything was top notch and the staff went overboard to make sure we had a memorable experience. We enjoyed the full day so much that we rebooked for the following Monday for another massage. Looking forward to next Christmas and we will visit again for the same spa treatments we enjoyed.
