Just had a massage last weekend and while the massage therapist did a good job the whole experience, was such a turn off. As a local I will not be coming back. First, spa guests are not allowed to use the hotel parking. So now you have to pay for parking. Second, they charge gratuity up front. I’m not even allowed to have the service first to see if I believe the provider deserves more. Lastly, my mom and I were excited to use the pool, and get some drinks and food after our massage. I just had one of the most amazing massages I’ve had in a long time. The front desk was extremely courteous and nice. John was excellent. He asked me questions before the massage and concentrated on the areas I needed the most. Bathroom, shower and steam room were extremely clean. It was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience.
I inquired and booked on short notice for Lymphatic Drainage and they were incredibly accommodating. The treatment I received from Audrey and the team at Spa Cerro helped me so much with a speedy recovery!
The facility is so clean, intentional & relaxing. My massage with Ashley left me feeling melted & so tended to with love & care. The steam sauna afterward was the chef’s kiss! Everyone is so kind & it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!!!
