Horrible service. Make sure people who handle your food wear gloves, or at the least wash their hands. Some employees told me that they were sick and were forced to work..and that same person was handling the food!! May look appealing but definitely disgusting. Managers dont care and only want your money..be careful to take your children their too, a lot of sexual activity goes on their. Wouldnt want your children scarred for life. You have been warned..
Very poor customer service! The bath and sauna parts of this spa are clean and relaxing, just don't spend money for extra services. I got an 'Aromatherapy Manicure' that was advertised as 40 minutes. It was NOT worth $25. It was a regular manicure with a bit of lavender oil added to the lotion. I shouldn't pay $10 extra for two drops of oil. For 35 you get so much access its crazy.....u get to visit all the sauna rooms, go to the pool bar, and the spa bath area is heavenly!!!!! So if ur looking for the next location of a girls night/day this is the place!!!
