My second trip to the JW Spa and as per the first visit it was outstanding, the staff are friendly and helpful which makes the visit even more special. I can't say enough about the steam room and other amenities. However the real reason I returned was an RMT (Stefanie Rutigliano) she was outstanding and this was my second experience with her...can't say enough, very intuitive, knowledgeable and just the right amount of pressure. I'll be back! Thanks JW Spa
I had an RMT massage with Hannah and she was amazing. My mom had a massage with Natalie and said it was the best massage she’s ever had. The spa’s amenities are great overall but I don’t find the mandatory 18% gratuity ethical, tipping should be up to the guest to decide based on their experience.

Great service from all of the staff and Hannah was amazing but the rest of the RMTs were hit-or-miss. I found it odd that the business couldn't commit to the names of the RMTs until the day prior, and even then when we showed up, the RMTs were swapped around again.
