Was on the late end of our trip with family, needed a bit of relaxation and the JW Spa delivered. Easy check in process, the facilities are very nice, clean, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. The massage was fairly priced, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the massage therapist delivered a very pleasant experience. The lounging areas are very nice as well, pretty quiet. Definitely what we needed. Great experience overall.
Great manicure and pedicure experience with Annabelle!!! Great view, great spa. Thank you to the entire team who made it pleasant and relaxing.
The stars I’m leaving are for the great RMT, front staff services, and overall great spa/lounge facilities, which were enjoyable. But we had a number of service issues. 1) I was there with a friend and she got told by a staff member to move from her spot because it was “reserved”, but there was no reserved sign as we later saw at other tables. 2) She ordered a basic snack and it took more than 20min to arrive. 3) I asked to order a Coke Zero. I had a wonderful experience at the JW Marriott spa in Vancouver. I had an excellent massage! The masseuse really listened to my requests and delivered the most relaxing treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation lounge after my massage also!!
I recently went for a manicure and pedicure at Spa by Jw and it was quite disappointing. The quality of work is just not at a professional level, especially considering the cost and calibre of the spa. Although the esthetician was nice, she caused me to bleed multiple times during the prep. The final result of my gel polish was uneven and the borders were messy.
