I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage with Natlie on the first day of my stay at the hotel last week (Wed 25th to Friday 27th June) and it was the BEST massage I have ever had! Natlie perfectly blended a mix of sports massage techniques with lymphatic drainage and was able to align with massage super tight muscles I had in my back and jawline. Spay by JW is the best-kept secret in spas in Vancouver. With is beautiful setting, outdoor rooftop hot tub and bar and serene atmosphere, it is the best spa experience you can have.
Stayed at the JW for our Honeymoon and booked a 90 min Couples Massage. It made for a great day of relaxation in the middle of our trip. Would highly recommend to others and will be back next time we're in town.
Had a wonderful massage with Malinda — very professional and attentive. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended!
The service was amzing and the staff was lovely. It was my first experience getting treatments at a spa and I absolutely loved it!
