Great ambiance, amenities, views and wonderful massages
My wife and I frequently get services done here and are always blown away by how amazing the staff are. We look forward to our treatments and can’t wait to return.
My sister and I had a 90-minute couples massage at the JW spa, and we had Heavenly time!! Natlie had worked Magic on every inch of my body, and I didn't want it to end. The view from the relaxation room is DREAM, and the overall service was excellent for us. The facility is clean and built with purpose. The treatment room has its own restroom and comes with an amazing view. It is pricey, however, it was well worth it for us.
My second trip to the JW Spa and as per the first visit it was outstanding, the staff are friendly and helpful which makes the visit even more special. I can't say enough about the steam room and other amenities. However the real reason I returned was an RMT (Stefanie Rutigliano) she was outstanding and this was my second experience with her...can't say enough, very intuitive, knowledgeable and just the right amount of pressure. I'll be back! Thanks JW Spa
I had an RMT massage with Hannah and she was amazing. My mom had a massage with Natalie and said it was the best massage she’s ever had. The spa’s amenities are great overall but I don’t find the mandatory 18% gratuity ethical, tipping should be up to the guest to decide based on their experience.
