I had a wonderful experience at the JW Marriott spa in Vancouver. I had an excellent massage! The masseuse really listened to my requests and delivered the most relaxing treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation lounge after my massage also!!
I recently went for a manicure and pedicure at Spa by Jw and it was quite disappointing. The quality of work is just not at a professional level, especially considering the cost and calibre of the spa. Although the esthetician was nice, she caused me to bleed multiple times during the prep. The final result of my gel polish was uneven and the borders were messy. I had a wonderful experience at the JW Spa—this was my second visit with my husband, and it did not disappoint. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities are excellent. The massages from Hannah and Kyla were truly amazing. I especially love the relaxation room, with its cozy beds, snacks, and beautiful view, I could easily spend the whole day there.
