The Spa was excellent. Booked the appointment online and was quoted a price without the tip. Everything was great until I checked out and the lady in the front desk said they had to add a service charge of 80.00 for her and her front desk partner besides the 30 tip for the massage. I do not mind tipping for great service but no customer should ever be surprised with a 80.00 service fee at the end without prior consent or at least being well informed before booking. I've visited spas in several countries and my recent experience at the JW Clearwater is by far one of the best! I was treated to the Purify and Renew Body Exfoliation & Massage by Limah. She was masterful in her technique and knowledgeable about products. Limah used the perfect amount of pressure and catered to my requests, making my massage truly bespoke. I felt like a queen and left temsion free and rejuvenated. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
My husband and I recently visited the JW for my birthday. While we were there we had a couples massage and it was lovely. Miranda really blew it out of the park when she had chocolate covered strawberries waiting right after. The massages and customer service were excellent. We are already looking to book our next weekend trip and spa visit. Thank you Spa team!
Amazing spa experience where I had two massage and fried the exfoliating body scrub. Attentive and friendly staff and awesome masseuse I tried both male and female. Clean amenities and enjoy some quiet time at sauna and steam room.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Lima provided the best massage I have had in years. Very relaxing and I highly recommend Lima and this spa.
