I had an incredible experience at the J.W. Marriott Edmonton Hotel Spa. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive. I booked a massage with Thamara, and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel more than welcome and created a calming and comfortable environment right away. Used to be my favorite spa — now a major disappointment. We planned our anniversary around this visit, but the experience was chaotic and unprofessional. Staff were constantly slamming doors and treating the relaxation area like their break room. My RMT had the same careless energy — the massage was the worst I’ve ever had.
