Seen how they use models out front to draw in customers but then are upset about public photography. They seem insanely over priced and you get no bang for your buck there
Amazing vibe and attitude
First time leaving a bad review ever. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Frightening. Extremely pushy - beyond pushy. Horrible. Salesperson didn’t listen to the word “no” and just did what she wanted. I asked her to wash off whatever she put on my face that I thought was having a bad effect and she refused several times until I finally insisted. We talked to a neighboring vendor who said “it’s not you, it’s them” and went on to explain how the approach leaves people feeling attacked. Something should be done about this. Leaving a review here and I just left one on Yelp too. This place is a bit magical actually. The whole team, including Rose, was amazing. Informative, kind, educational, compassionate and just incredible. The products (kind of shocking and I’ve bought A LOT of lux brands before) are amazing. They took time to walk me through each product and test them — even the purchase experience was 5 stars.
