Awful. I ordered a spa from you in May. I was told 6-8 weeks. It’s now four months later. Still no spa. I was told it was coming, had a crane scheduled as well as the electrician. I got an email the day before saying it was canceled because the spa never shipped?!? Then told it would ship another day. I reached out to sales rep on the day he said to confirmed it shipped....crickets. Waited a week and emailed him again....still crickets.
