Bryan was friendly, professional, and fixed my hot tub quickly!
Went here to get a part for an outdoor fireplace. First person referred me to a different parts counter to speak with Bill. I waited 25 minutes and my presence was never acknowledged while sitting three feet from Bill. He sounds very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with the person on the phone, but a head nod, or anything would have been appreciated. My part and question would have taken a minute. I left and will go elsewhere for my parts and all future purchases.
We recently purchased a hot tub from Spa Brokers. After a few days, we noticed a couple of the exterior lights were not working, and there was a leak around one of the air flow knobs. I contacted the service department and told them what was going on with our hot tub. I was informed that a service specialist would be sent out on Saturday at 9 am. bought a new tub and had some questions etc…. everyone I spoke with there was more than helpful to keep us moving forward… They still sent out a service person to make sure we were all set and that we were best able to utilize our tub. The service person was absolutely fantastic. Very impressed with the service after the sale which can lack a lot these days. Five stars and highly recommend.
