I was pretty frustrated with Spa Brokers and the fact that my three month old spa had a leak. They scheduled me about 10 days out but said they’d talk to a technician to see if he could squeeze us in. I got a call that same day and Bryan Stricker said he’d stop by cause he was close by. He fixed our leak within minutes, and then followed up the next day to make sure everything was working right. He also noticed a problem with the pump and replaced that immediately. Bryan Stricker was out today to repair my eight-year-old hot tub. He had to replace 2 motors, the heating element and the ozone unit. He was exceptional in his service and expertise- I was very impressed with his overall service and professionalism!. I gladly rate him 5 stars.
We met Bryan for the first time yesterday. He will always be our technician for our hot tub. Do you exactly what he was doing. He did it in a timely manner and he was very polite.
