Spa Broker was founded in 1979 by Ann and Steve Bokulich. Steve was building his own spas back then, both built-ins and portables, and staying very busy with the demand for hot tubs in the Chico area. Two years later, he decided to bring in a spa to his showroom that was manufactured by a relatively new company called Watkins Manufacturing. My hot tub has been down for 2 months now. The Spa Broker keeps putting me on a service list but they have no service person. Buyer beware!! I am now buying parts, installing and hoping I can use my hot tub again.
