The massage therapist was excellent I believe her name was Margarette. The entire experience was amazing!
Bought the special couples Groupon... Unfortunately they do not answer the phone during business hours.... or return messages left on their voicemail. At this point I called the front desk of the hotel and left a message with management. This call was not returned either. I can only rate on service not provided and the hassle it is to get a Groupon refunded.
The spa is incredible! The massage therapist was excellent!!! But the fifth star is for the spa staff member, I cannot remember her name (expecting mother), accommodating my fiancé and I by seeing us on a holiday they are usually closed, Labor Day. And the therapists agreeing to stay for us!!! Thank you so much!!!
