Seeing all the 5 stars reviews on here, I was very disappointed in my pedicure. I expected 5 star quality results, but when I left my feet were still sore. And she barely filed my nails. After getting home and inspecting my toenails, they don't look filed at all. I selected the "spa pedi" because it said massage and that is the part I was most looking forward to, but the girl did not rub feet except to put the lotion on them. I had my first Spa Bliss experience this past weekend. My boyfriend got me an hour massage and 50 minute facial for Valentine’s Day. There was not one aspect of my experience there that was anything short of fantastic. Every staff I encountered was warm and welcoming and eager to put me at ease. I had a guided tour of Spa Bliss today with my friend and stylist, James. The facility is fabulous, a true spa atmosphere. My hair looks great and I know what I'll ask my husband to buy for my birthday! I'd like the gold package for my "Big 50!"
The new space at 1210 Smith Street is absolutely incredible! It's what you would expect an urban day spa to look like, with the exposed brick and ductwork, spacious lounge areas and a great view of the ballpark. It's very "industrial chic." As for the services, I've never been disappointed, and my recent facial with Ashley was no exception. All-in-all, I highly recommend Spa Bliss.
