I had an appointment for a haircut at 10:45. The stylist was doing a foil on another person hair and talking to the receptionist the whole time being distracted. At 10:55 I was still waiting for her to finish with the other customer which was probably going to take her another 15 minutes. I received at least 3 or 4 reminder text messages about my appointment time. I decided not to wait. This salon should book appointments for specific times if they are not going to stick to it.
Lucky is such a great stylist and colorist. What a pleasure she is professional and personable.
Lucky is the hardest working hair dresser. She always listens to what you want and delivers every time. My color is ALWAYS spot on
