I haven't even used any of Spa Bella's services, and I'm confidently willing to rate the establishment at five stars. I stopped in earlier today, just to get some information, and I was greeted by an extremely kind, knowledgeable lady, who's sincere focus was clearly to make sure that her customer's concerns were addressed fully and professionally, and not just to push a sale.
