Every time I come to Barona I get a massage. They have always been excellent. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Heidi recently and it was an excellent massage. I will definitely request her again. It was heavenly. I think their prices are reasonable compared to other casino spas, especially when they offer discounts! They all do an excellent job!
I recently went to Las Vegas and had a massage at Green Valley Ranch, it cost twice as much as Barona and it was not even half as good. AmBience Day Spa is the best! Great massage, wonderful staff!
I had a very nice back and shoulder massage by Libra. Will definitely be back the next time I'm at Barona.
If you love to be pampered in style, indulge yourself in a facial at AmBience Day Spa located in the Barona Hotel in Lakeside Ca Great pick me up after working out in the casino :)

I had the best massage ever at AmBience Day Spa! It is pricey, but worth it! Vanessa is absolutely excellent! They use this delightful massage cream, like silk! Also, added some lavender which I love! I thought I was in heaven! Thanks Vanessa!
I love this place! I have gone several times and love the attention that I get and I feel wonderful when I am done. It's great and everyone should try it.
