They did a great job on the repair . However when I had the accident . Angel an employee happen to be there . He ask if I had insurance . I told him yes . He said if I give spa Collison the job . They provide us with a vehicle , the tow and a loaner car. And they cover the deductible . That’s why we gave Auto Spa the business. Today was pick up and I had to pay . Unbelievable unprofessional business from start to never ending finish. This business is by no means worth anybody’s time and money. I was rear ended back at the end of November 2025, at that moment I was approached by a group of people claiming to be with this company and that they would offer to tow my wrecked vehicle to their body shop “because it would more expensive according to these people on my part if I personally towed it instead to my home”. Spa auto collision is an amazing body shop. They take care of my vehicles to the best quality. They make sure the job is well done before handing the vehicle back, they keep you updated on the progress of the vehicle and how many more days it would be. They handle you with care, they share empathy with the fact you were just in an accident and they will take care of you to the best of your ability. I will continue to go there and refer them to people who need their services. I have taken three of my cars there
