RecommendedGreat customer service! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Massage and other treatments are highly recommended. Dated facility. Music needs serious attention. Skipping CDs ruined the calm serene mood. Men's shower drain doesn't. It flooded the locker area. Conditioner is solid, likely from age or lack of use. Beware if using Marriott spa package. Hotel staff is unaware of how it works. Don't get over charged! We'd return based on customer service experience.

The front desk staff (Claudia and Robin) were welcoming and gracious and helped set the perfect tone for the most relaxing massage I have ever had by Roberto - I did not want to leave!!! If you are looking for a first class pampering experience, you need to check this spa out!
RecommendedThe staff went above and beyond to make our spa experience a great one! From the start we were welcomed and felt comfortable and offered champagne. The entire afternoon was fun and we were completely pampered. We had facials, massage, manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend!
RecommendedMy mom and I experienced the spa today for the first time. I had a pedi by Alex- she was professional, kind and gentle- I would 100% recommend her. My mom had a mani- she did not get her girls name, however, she also had a peaceful experience. Shortly after leaving, my mom messed a nail up- after going back her nails were fixed no questions asked. I'm grateful to my girlfriend who gifted me this experience! Thank you Ladies for our relaxing time at the spa!
