I visited the spa at the grand for the day and had a wonderful experience! Every single staff member was so sweet and kind, I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. Vicki did my facial and she was wonderful! The bed for the facial was extremely comfortable and adjustable in so many ways. Probably the best facial I have ever had. I am plus sized and was pleasantly surprised that they offered robes and slippers that fit me! I can’t wait to return.
Service was so mediocre. Just felt like I was just being rubbed with oil. There was not much of a massage, she also put oil on my skin after I told her I had sensitive skin and they use the same body oil to use on your face. Horrible experience I will never go back and I wouldn’t recommend it. Also wayyyyy too expensive for the service and area. Nothing blew me away. Also my boyfriend s personal flip flops were given to a guest to wear, that is so incredibly disgusting and unprofessional.
