Lovely Spa....I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted by Baylee. She did a wonderful job. I wanted to tint them to see if I would like it before I do microblading. Turned out lovely. The Spa amenities are very nice as well. Indoor pool with easy access for seniors. Jacuzzi outside indoor pool. Spa area with saunas, steam rooms etc for men and women. Prices are not too bad either.
Wow!! Just wow!! The energy and the scent of the spa was simply amazing! Valen at the front desk greeted me and and helped me get situated. The lounges were gorgeous. I got the ultimate zen with Coco who was so brilliant and sweet! I feel so safe and sooo relaxed when I left. It really made my day! I recommend the ultimate zen- and coco, to anyone who wants the perfect spa day
Booked a facial for myself and a massage for my husband for my birthday. Arrived and was told the men’s spa and sauna area were under construction and unavailable. Also the hot tub was not working and had been drained. So our only option was to be at the cold lap pool. Showers were cold and the facial was 38 mins with power tools intermittently buzzing. Was offered 20% off but still paid hundreds of dollars for a horrible experience. Will not be back.
Loved the corner room in the Mansion. Joseph was a great masseuse!
Booked services for myself and nieces two months in advance as we were traveling in from Colorado. Called spa twice the day before to confirm…got VM, never got a call back. Shows up for our appointments and was told they cancelled the facials for two of my nieces. Said they called an hour before we showed up but never got a call. Ana at the desk was not only not helpful but had a condescending attitude. Will NEVER go again and absolutely do not recommend. Worst customer service experience.
