This was my first time getting a massage and it was excellent (Thanks to Callie!). I also enjoyed the sauna tremendously. The reason I took off a star is because not once but twice I walked into the hot tub room and there was someone talking so loudly completely ruining the tranquility of it all. The first lady was talking on the phone (at a spa? WHY) and the second time it was a couple who had no regards for others. I recently visited the spa for the third time, bringing along friends to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of the expectations I had based on my previous experiences. Absolutely loved the spa and services!!
Spa rooms were very relaxing, clean and pretty but my services were terrible. I visited the spa in August. I had a gift certificate from my co-workers for my birthday. I was very excited because I had heard about the spa and it's reputation. I booked a massage and a reflexology session.
