I had an Elemis firm-a-lift facial with Elina and it was heavenly! I had never been to the spa before and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Elina was great in that she explained the process of what was going to happen and just let me relax and enjoy. My skin looks and feels amazing. Will definitely be going back!!
