Felt a little bit uncomfortable and “unclassy” here, treated strangely by my masseuse as well as the staff. The massage felt like it was incredibly rushed. Perhaps I should dress to the dime in order to get the quality treatment they boast about.
I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. I was concerned the atmosphere might be a bit snooty for me. The staff was amazing. Some guests were entitled and demanding of the staff but as long as it didn't involve me, I was able to ignore it and thoroughly enjoy my time. When leaving I noticed 2 notes left on my windshield complaining about the way I had parked. One hand written note and one official parking violation notice.
