One star rating is too high. My husband and I have been loyal monthly clients of the Spa At Flying Horse for nearly 10 years. We had appointments scheduled in the last month and NO ONE COMMUNICATED to us that our appointments had been canceled. It was explained to me when I contacted the spa that all of the salon appointments that were in their system had been canceled that were on the schedule of an employee they terminated. **************** is no longer a consideration for the Spa At Flying Horse! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
