It would be better if they did not have the 12 month commitment.
Mixed feelings about this club. The temperature is too cold, the Pilates classes are always booked as soon as you can book them (24 hours in advance). Not worth the expense. I won’t be renewing the membership. Personal trainer and private Pilates classes cost 140 per session (50 mins) on top of the membership.
They make it impossible to cancel this place. They try to force you not to be requesting documents you can’t provide. My son joined moved back home and they are telling him that he has to provide proof. There is no proof to show besides his ID with home address that that say is not good enough. Stay far away from this gym. They are more concerned about a monthly fee than just letting someone cancel a membership. Total money grab for sure. They do not care about customers.
