Bait and Switch – I received a package gift certificate for this spa as a Christmas present. What a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. The certificate offers a "complimentary beverage" which is tap water; not even a bottle of water. 15 min pedicure for $48 – I booked a spa day the day before my best friends wedding and their were about 15 of us. the owner closed the place for us and we were thrilled but it turned out disastrous because she was understaffed and rushed us all through our mani/pedi's and did a terrible job and still charged us full price- they were basically polish changes. she was rude to the bride's sister-in-law when the massage therapist accidentally gave her a complimentary 10 minute chair massage because we were all waiting sooo long... read more

not worth the money – I decided to give this salon a try. I have paid the same amount at other salons and have received wash, cut, dry, and style. You don't get all of that here. The staff was very nice, but I expected more for my money.

males does bikini waxing – I booked service and was not advised male does service. When I called to cancel because I found out(was not advised), I was treated very rudely and told to find someone else to do it somewhere else if I wasn't happy.
