My wife had an amazing 2 hour massage. 4 stars because they add a mandatory 20% gratuity to the massage fee. I’m not sure it qualifies as gratuity, it feels more like an additional fee when you don’t choose. But overall good!
Really awful experience, They treat guest staying there with bad attitudes. Especially if your trying to stay there and book a room. they tell you to book a room or leave.
I had the best spa day with Jovina. The CBD package was AMAZING and Jovina made it even BETTER with her magical hands! The atmosphere is such a vibe! I highly recommend.
I work fire season and was really looking forward to a relaxing massage before heading out on assignment — unfortunately, the spa didn’t quite meet my expectations. The overall accommodations weren’t as calming as I’d hoped, and the massage was honestly one of the least effective I’ve had. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. Jovina was absolutely amazing. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She used techniques that I have never experienced before and was exactly what I needed. Got the face mask add on and it was fantastic. Beautiful spa, great staff. The ambiance is soft and relaxed with warm smells and natural textures. Highly recommend.
