I had a really unpleasant experience with Bella Collina. We wanted to buy a house here, so we can move to Florida and settle there. So, we went to Bella Collina to look on the houses and see if we will make our minds to buy a house. We had a non pleasant experience with their salesman. Don't invest in Bella Collina and don't buy property there. My mother considered Bella Collina for a retirement home but she didn't like how the neighborhood looks compared to its very expensive price. It's not worth the price. I looked the property sales online and it seems that no one is buying property there. She also check the spa to see if it is worth the membership, but it looks like Bella Collina prioritizes the facade of the building but not the quality of the services. Well..I went at Bella Collina with my friends and cousins to check out on the golf course and the community itself, with the club, so my friend could see if he will like there to have a wedding. First thing I didn't like was that is too far from the city, so I could only imagine what can happen if we are on a wedding there and try to get to Orlando. Annoying trash in Bella Collina streets. I drove my girlfriend with some friends to the spa and it was a nice experience for her, but we were not happy with the very long drive and accumulated trash you can see anywhere. One of our friend's car was punctured with a tool and it took a lot of time for help to come. I just can't imagine it happening at night while it is dark, it should have been very scary. I just want to express my outrage experience with you. After I've seen the news about opposing a family to remove a banner from their lawn supporting the Black Lives Matter movement I couldn't feel more angry and pissed. I just want to ask you, why do you want them to remove the banner? I even read somewhere that you sued them for placing the banner! How ridiculous is that? What are you trying to do here? I stand with the Juravin family and their support for us, the protesters of the Black Lives Matter movement!

I have been at Bella Collina a couple of times and especially to play golf with my friends to their golf course. It really makes you feel the Italian sense there, they did it well about it. But I have seen so much trash there on the streets, broken pavements, broken trees and not cleaned streets. I got the feeling that this community is not managed properly. There are many things wrong in Bella Collina. First, I was in Florida and a close friend of mine wanted to tour me in Bella Collina so he booked an appointment there. However, amidst coronavirus, we canceled our trip but hoping they would get in touch with him for an update. He called multiple times, but they are not responding. I have been here on several occasions with my co-workers. It's true they achieved the Tuscan look in their architecture but when you go there to play golf, don't expect much. The grass are not well maintained and there are some areas that have a lot of mosquitoes! There are golf courses that are way better than Bella Collina and less expensive. It's not worthy of the long drive and it's too far from the city. Also, they seem to be involved with a lot of lawsuits and I don't like what they did in the recent news. It is not ok... read more

I am so disappointed with the place. I visited the club with my family (for a wedding) then the spa on the second visit with my sister. Both trips are tiring and annoying because Bella Collina is a VERY LONG DRIVE. Especially that it has a spa, imagine having your massage then it will go to waste because of the bumpy, long drives...it is NOT WORTH IT.
