My wife scheduled a spa day with your establishment, and while the experience was pleasant, we were double charged. We contacted your team multiple times and even visited in person. We were told the refund would be processed within 9 days, but it has now been over two months with no refund or follow-up. 4 months later and after several calls each week they finally made the refund. I hope you don’t have to experience the same situation.

My husband and I have been customers of the spa for years and the last experience was not a 4 or 5-star experience. From check in to the end, the customer service was horrible. The lady at the front desk had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. We booked two female therapists and my husband was assigned a male. When we informed the therapists, we requested 2 females upon booking, we were simply told no female therapist was available. Let me first state that this review is about the customer service. I booked a massage online for what I thought was a Saturday. When I called the Friday before the appointment to see if I could actually move it to Sunday I was told the appointment was for the day before and I was charged the full amount as a no show. I then drove in and spoke to the spa manger, Sherry, in hopes to clear up the misunderstanding.
