I made reservations online this morning. I then called immediately to change them. I have also emailed. No one has contacted me back. Our reservations could have been altered because it was exactly over 24 hours. However, they don't call or email you back on purpose. I carefully read everything on the website. Nothing was mentioned about a minimum to use spa facilities. Now reading the google reviews I read that they have a minimum. Very nice
I spent the day with 9 of my bridesmaid for my bachelorette day at the spa. We had great massages, pool services, and finished the day off with blow outs at the hair salon. I had Suzanne do my “calming waters” massage and Christy do my blow out. This was the best day and exactly what I wanted for my special day!
Great experience
Wrote a review last week and the manager replied. The email she provided came back as undeliverable. Scrolled through other comments and there was a second email provided to others. That email also came back as undeliverable. I'm not sure what's going on at the Ballantyne, but it doesn't seem like they truly care about people's experience or rectifying it afterwards. Would not go or recommend ever.
