This morning I was there at 9 am, was told to sign in for strip eyelashes,signed in waited an hour to be told" no time today" ....customer service is very horrible and to wait this long when I could have been told that at 9 am is unacceptable....I have used Aspara for years but the customer service is going down the drain....very unprofessional not ever going back ...they use to have enough staff but now it's like 3 people working ...really loved this place once but last few visits have been trash !! I totally love this nail shop. They are great an have one of the best techs ever Ly. So anyone needing eyebrows waxed or nails done she's who i recommend.Sreylen Ly is the best.
