The facials I got were great. However, I had 2 or 3 appointments made that they cancelled on me at the very last minute. My appointments were made either on my day off work or when I had 1/2 day and made far in advance. It was not easy to reschedule them. The final straw was the one they cancelled right before my daughters wedding. I had pre paid for a package that Tracy did refund for me. They were never fully staffed. Spa Angelique was very clean!! A very kind and professional staff accompanied by a lovely atmosphere. All natural face wash is super refreshing! I will be back!
