We purchased a hot tub last May, the salesman included a second set of steps in the deal so we could have steps along the entire front. When installed they said they only had one in stock and would bring the other in a few days. We called and went by weekly for MONTHS and ended up having to purchase the second set online on our own dime. 7 months in the lighting system broke, again we called and called, we were told they were between service techs and got behind.
