I love my swim spa. If you are looking for a swim spa or hot tub I would highly recommend Spa and Pool Outlet. Anya and Luke are a pleasure to work with. They are always willing to answer questions and they never ever pushed me into making a purchasing decision. The ease of purchasing our hot tub and experience with the salesperson was great. Hot tub arrived quickly and had no issues for a few months. Hot tub was installed in February and come June the cover had completely warped, causing the corners to lift up and water to pool in the middle of the cover. I called and spoke with Luke on many occasions with the initial email with pictures sent in the beginning of July.
