We bought a hot tub August 13. Paid in full that week. We still do not have a functioning hot tub. The salespeople don't seem to have influence over the service people. I had knee replacement in Sept. And was counting on the hot tub for therapy. I think you shouldn't take someones money until they have the product installed. Very poor business strategy
We bought a hot tub and paid cash for a new hot tub in September, a month goes by and then was told they could not get it mind you we. Paid 12.000 cash , now we are into December and we took a smaller tub and it was 10.000 and was told it would be delivered by end of November first of December, then got a call and was told may or june , my husband had back surgery and really needed our hot tub so we ask for a refund ,so we could actually find a hot tub ,so we got some money back but company kept 1000 dollars and told us we a... read more
