Malissa is amazing! I have been seeing her for mani/pedis for over 3 years now and she always does such a great job and has new ideas about colors and designs and my manicures last even though I repeatedly wash my hands because I am a nurse. I can not say enough good things about Malissa and how great her work is!!!�

It's a very busy place. Nice people, but they seem to rush through the job since they are so busy.
This place is HORRIBLE I was a regular customer since day 1 (Mother's Day weekend 4 years ago) well before the beer and wine bar expansion. They frequently kept me waiting for my scheduled appointments or the tech I was scheduled with was not available. The last straw was when we had an appointment for 3 people for pedis on a weeknight we waited nearly an hour to 'start' even though we arrived on time and they only did the other two women. I spent over $150/mo there and will not give them a single dime.
I've been coming here for a long time. Always had great customer service until today. All 3 ladies we've worked with have been very rude. Almost like we're bothering them for being here. I'm 100% sure that if Louie was here they wouldn't be acting this way. Very sad. Going to have to really think hard if we want to come back.
Oh well why 5star is bcoz they're good!!! Massage chair and splendid service! Oh the price is very affordable in a high end type of service. I feel like celebrity!
Waited 20m for my scheduled appointment that I made over a Week ago. After my pedicure. I was informed she "had a appointment". I waited another 20m for my gel manicure,,,, that I left without. Probably won't be going back. Irritating
It's a pleasant place to relax while getting pampered. I recommend that you make an appointment a few days before, to assure a place because it's extremely busy
