Had an amazing spa experience from start to finish. The deep tissue by Emmanuel was so relaxing and I ended with a sauna. Would go again!
More of a boutique spa, at least that’s what they call it. It’s not really what you would expect from a “resort spa experience” in that they’re missing several elements that go in to a spa experience. Pretty much everyone at this resort running things has “some experience” but not a great deal. Spa is being run by someone who is very new to the area, and a lot of assumptions and lack of communication unfortunately informed my three visits to the spa during my stay. Amazing experience. Dominic really attended to my specific needs and applied the right amount of deep pressure I needed for my deep tissue massage. The staff was very professional and I felt luxurious and pampered being here. Even just entering the hotel is a beautiful experience that transports you to Italy. Would highly recommend to others.
Terrible experience! They scammed me for a 60 minute massage and only gave us a 45 min. Deep tissue was more like a Swedish and the spa services aren’t that great either. Pretty basic room and experience for the price and the property. Never going back. Wouldn’t recommend
