I bought a gift certificate for my mom. She booked appointments twice and they cancelled last minute both times on her. I’m extremely disappointed as this was my Mother’s Day gift to her and it is taking forever to get a refund. Not the relaxing spa experience I was hoping for.
I live in LA but always visit Kristina when I'm visiting family in MSP and let me tell you, having tried plenty of places- there is no better facial experience!!! And the price is unbeatable. I always opt for the dermaplaning and lymphatic drainage and I feel like a new woman after the service. Plus massage and hot towels!!! If you're thinking about it, DO IT :)
Kristina is wonderful! Detail oriented and thorough while relaxing, my skin felt great after, and continued feeling even better in the following days. I've had many facials all over, Kristina does a wonderful job!
