I have NOT used my Groupon. I have tried on numerous occasions to book an appointment. The merchant continues to cancel the appointment. They do not answer the phone or emails. The voice mail is full. They took my money and ran. I want my refund. The reviews for them doing this same thing is abysmal! This is a scam. Please refund my money. Don't even bother going here they canceled my appointment that I made a week in advance without giving a reason. You can't email or call them because no one answers the phone and their email is full. How the heck is that possible? Horrible customer service especially when I'm a first time customer.
On Christmas Eve I had the most relaxing mani, pedi, and facial... Lynn was such a sweetheart! My nails look great and my skin feels awesome. Having one person do all my services was a pleasant surprise. The place was really clean and cozy. I have finally found my nail tech and esthetician. I will be back.
