I have been a member since 1991! That speaks for itself! I love Spa 23. It is run very well and is family owned. When you’re there, you’re family! I participate in various group classes like Balance & Mobility and Group Core….both excellent classes with excellent instructors. There’s also the renovated pool and the hot tub adjacent to the pool!
