I recently visited New Field Spa and was extremely disappointed with how they handled my existing membership. I was told that the previous owner had sold the business, and the new management completely refused to honor my membership. Even more surprisingly, they told me that I should “go find the previous owner” if I wanted to resolve it. Seriously? How is that a reasonable response to a customer?
