I was “warned” of the monthly lease amount as if we couldn’t afford it, then the woman added insult to injury by staring out credit would be checked. Like duh, but don’t say it as if I can’t afford it. I’ll take my business elsewhere
Love these guys! Always accommodating, friendly and have fair rent. Buildings are nice inside and out. Manager is great! Highly recommend working with Speight Properties. I can't believe how many options they have and their maintenance people are on top of things!

A bunch of non professionals. That woman they have in there "managing" is horrible. I can see why a lot of these buildings are empty. They're the biggest bunch of nit pickers I've ever seen. Hard to do business with these crooks
