We tried to maintain our pool on our own but it always looked cloudy or got green fast. Finally called this company and they turned things around fast. They came the next day, tested everything, vacuumed the bottom, cleaned out the filter and added the right chemicals. Pool looked sparkling within hours. D London is so responsive and helpful. This was our first pool and he walked us through the process of opening the pool and provided extra help in getting the filters ready to work. Excellent service and can’t recommend SP tech enough.
I called this morning to request service on my buckling pool wall. D answered the phone. Very polite, they are booked with appointments however he walked me through my issue over the phone and gave me some recommendations on what to do immediately, and what not to do to cause further damage. I will look into working with this company in the future for sure. Very professional and great customer service!
