When I first met Jordan he was starting his business at first he was very reliable and did a good job but starting last year he failed us by not showing up not returning calls or texts he informed me later he had an illness so I started getting his promotion texts a few weeks ago last week I ran into him near my home and he promised to show up the next but no show or answering call texts very bad business practices unfortunately my wife was very upset. Just got 28 panels installed and was only getting about 60% of the output due to the amount of dirt and dust on my panels. Found this family-owned business and had them come out. Prices were reasonable and they were insured! Came out, got them cleaned and now my system is running at 100% efficiency. They got me on schedule to come back 1 a month and couldn't be happier!
