My security screen door is less than a year old and the locking system just doesn’t work. I can’t lock turn the key or use the snip system, so is you can’t lock a security door what’s the point, have called several times and just can’t get any follow up. Very disappointing.
Wonderful experience. Lovely to be kept informed at all stages. Love our retractable screen which was the only thing we could have for large front door and hardly noticeable when retracted
