As stated in a previous review, I was in Boston on October 30th out on the road and I was completely disgusted when I saw a driver of one of their fleet vehicles ON HER CELL PHONE! Unfortunately, under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration guidelines, drivers of school vehicles are NOT allowed to use Cellular devices, even without children on board! All school bus companies are required to use two-way radios. Absolutely unacceptable!
Driver of driver van #1311 with Mass. Pupil plates turned right at a red light into oncoming traffic without looking and with no regard for on-board students or to possibly causing an accident. Based on comments here and on other social media this company should not be trusted to have a contract to transport children.
Their driver of SCHOOL BUS 782 plate number 24705 endangered not only the lives of any children in his school bus van but those of everyone on the street when he illegally used a turn only lane to cut off a live of moving traffic to save himself 2 minutes without even using a blinker to indicate that he was about to illegally go straight and merge into traffic after being in a left hand turn lane. This man and thus company if they so choose to hire such negligent drivers should not be used to transport children.
Regarding the comment below, Alan Aronson died on October 12, 2012, about 1.5 months after that comment was left. If indeed he was unkind, it was only because he knew that he was about to die of his cancer. He was in terrible pain. He is deeply missed by everyone who works here, and we still speak fondly of him to this day.
The supervisor of this place Al Aronson is the biggest a** ever. I call him on the phone very politely and he was a nasty man, that seemed very unpleased with his job. I reccommend anywhere but here ! I'm so sickened with this man.
