I had scheduled a pool service months in advance and followed up two weeks prior only to get a message 2 days before the appointment that they do not wish to proceed to do the service and will not be coming out. They have previously done my pool service and always were reliable. I am so shocked that this happened and I also shared the importance of the specific date was needed for an important reason.
Sloan Prutsman has opened and closed. our pool for the. last 15 years. He and his crew show up on time and are friendly and helpful. In fact, the Prutsman family has taken care of our rpool and hot tubs for the past 40 years

Sloan and his team are simply the best! We have been a customer since the day of our installation to present. If I have concerns or questions, Sloan is very responsive. Wouldn’t ever consider using another pool service. Thank you Sloan for all that you do to keep my little oasis enjoyable.
Excellent service. My pool is always sparkling clean when they leave. They have fixed many old mechanical equipment as well. Highly recommend.
