Can't call, they never answer phone
This company is a joke. Consistently gave me tickets even when my monthly payment was auto debited. They make it extremely hard to contact them as they don't provide a phone number and emails to their customer care address came back as undeliverable. I wish zero stars were an option.
I used SP+ for 8 months for work. Even though I had auto-debit, they CONSISTENTLY gave me tickets, totaling over $100, and they somehow managed to open 4 accounts in my name when I switched lots. They were begrudging at best when correcting their mistakes, rarely apologized, and put most of the burden on me to figure out the mess they made. Parking options are few in downtown, but if it all possible, avoid SP+ like the plague.
No star if it was an option. Be aware that you need correct change or credit card. The machines do not issue refunds and signage is not clear. If you contact the company, it will send you a copy and pasted email that signage is posted around the facility about no refunds for overpayment. I was on a parking lot at 901 Lucas and the only sign is at the bottom of the machine. Parking was $6.00 for the day but I deposited a $20.00 bill.
