This company (now owned by Metropolis Technologies Inc.) manages parking for the City of Portland. They do a horrible job and should have their contract revoked. No municipality or any other entity should do business with this predatory company.

SP+ at the K2 Garage (365 N Halsted) is overselling monthly parking without enough spaces during a renovation project that started in March 2025. Although they sent general construction notices, they didn’t mention limited availability. After multiple issues, I was told to park in EV spots or in a turnaround area—not a real solution. There was no pre-construction planning to ensure enough space, and no workaround has been provided. They’re still advertising new monthly parking even though they can’t meet current demand. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company PERIOD. I booked through SpotHero which had amazing customer service, but SPPlus kept lying and stating that they sent me a code in which they had not. Fast forward three weeks later, I decided to book through them again through another third party and same results. Hopefully I will get my refund through the credit card company. If I could give negative stars it would be negative five. They have wasted so much of my time.

This company stole $162 from me for a refund that has been owed to me since March 2024! Despite countless attempts to resolve this issue—over 30 calls to customer service, more than 20 email exchanges, and numerous discussions with your management team—the refund remains unpaid. It is now October, and this situation is completely unacceptable! In March, I was erroneously charged $140 for the person in front of me at a parking facility, along with my usual $2 discounted rate. If I could leave all empty stars I would, this company does not confirm if the license plate is correct before sending out fines to collections. They had the right plate number per the photo on there fine but the wrong state, therefore they issued a fine in error and it went right to collections. Customer service is only reachable via email and they have yet to explain to us the reason that something like this is not confirmed before sending to collection.
